Dynamic starts involve energising styles of yoga which include selected techniques from Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow & Hatha. You will be guided through meditation and pranayama practices daily to truly make the most of this wonderful sensory experience.

In the space we create for the rest of the day, we’re free to explore or relax by the pool and come together again in the evening for a gentle restorative yoga practice or a guided meditation.

Stef teaches a variety of styles in which he’s trained for over a decade to show you a practice that guides you towards intuitive movement, to experience that which keeps you captivated and inspired to continue practising and bringing all the benefits back with you into day to day life.

Typical Daily Retreat Schedule:

 

8.30am – Enlivening Morning Yoga Class

10.30am – Raw Vegan Brunch served gourmet michelin style by a private chef

FREE TIME to lay by the pool, or explore the surrounding mountains. Some road trips to the towns and sunsets spots

5.30pm – Grounding, Evening Yoga/Meditation Class

7.30pm – Dinner again served and honoured by the chef

Vegan – brunch on 6 days and dinner on 5 evenings (keeping some evenings free so you can explore the fabulous local cuisine)

Dynamic starts to the day involve Ashtanga and similar styles of yoga and Kriya (cleansing breathing techniques etc)

We then enjoy the day, taking little adventures or relaxing by the pool and come together again in the evening for a restorative gentle yoga practice or a little guided meditation.
