Stef teaches to every level of experience with ease in this straight forward mix of traditional yoga postures and movements adapted for the modern body. The exercises improves flexibility and strength, in a fully led class, resulting in moving meditation anyone can benefit from.
Each 2/3rd weekend will be held in an activity room aside from the main hall. Please check on social media for updates.
Mats provided. Practice time around 65 minutes.
