A workshop on joints and balancing energies of stabilisation and flow of blood/nerves.
With regular practice, postures can worsen the body and energy over time so we are looking at how movement is active, how it is passive, what risks this poses and how to avoid them.
Many senior teachers finish their posture career in injury. Many regular practitioners perform postures in ways which deplete energy and stability in vulnerable areas.
In this workshop we will work with a few key postures and unconventional techniques to train them and truly understand them making them accessible and effective for the stiffest to the most hypermobile.
