“Stefan was very warm and welcoming. The class itself was very interesting – challenging yet relaxing!”

It’s one thing to do a weekly class but the value of dedicated time to practice, and to be in the space continuously shows the benefit of a full day retreat is incomparable.
Creativity and ease of mind emerges out of true rest. Meditatively absorbing into embodied practices in good company for one wholesome day ripples and helps reset and refocus.

“a unique and extremely healing class. my spine has never felt better!”

Each section of the day listed below includes technique/theory & practice

  • Informal meet & greet
  • 9 Joints Synergy, flowing movements from the core
  • आसन āsana, synergy flowing movements and vinyasa posture practice

“am learning so much that helps me since I started attending yoga with Stefan.

I love his philosophy and approach. It is so good how much he listens to participants, shares his knowledge and expertise and adapts his practice to help people.

This all makes the sessions very therapeutic as well as enjoyable”

Things required for this retreat:

  1. The Money (contact me privately if you’re super strapped)
  2. The time (making time for one day of practice is good, we can take inspiration from ideas like “meditate 20 mins a day unless too busy, then it’s an hour”, Buddhist proverb). Making time for your practice is important, whatever and however it looks like.
  3. The willingness
  4. A lower spine (in any condition, please notify if impaired in any way)

Things not required for this retreat:

  1. Flexibility of the body
  2. “Good vibes only” mentality (come as you are, and everyone booked so far are fine people I must say)
  3. The intent to “get better” at yoga
  4. Competitive nature (it’s okay if you’ve got one, but you don’t need it)
