Step into spring with a day of movement, connection, renewal and celebration.

As nature begins to awaken — with birdsong returning and flowers coming into bloom — this retreat day offers an opportunity to gently emerge from the slower rhythm of winter and welcome fresh energy for the season ahead.

Join Stef & Tash for a nourishing day designed to awaken the body, uplift the spirit and reconnect you with joy through feel-good movement practices, stillness, music and community. Together we’ll create space to release stagnant energy from the winter time, invite lightness into the body and celebrate the transition into spring.

The day will include energising movement sessions to generate positive vibrations within the body, nourishing food to support and replenish you and a joyful closing celebration where we come together in conscious dance with DJ Yogastef on the decks.

A nourishing brunch will be provided by your hosts. Please do inform us of any dietary requirements when booking.

To honour the communal spirit of the day, we invite each participant to bring a dish to share for our evening meal (pot-luck style), allowing us to gather and nourish one another through food as well as experience.

If you play a musical instrument, you are warmly encouraged to bring it along. We welcome spontaneous creativity as we create, collaborate and celebrate in shared harmony.

More than a retreat, this is a chance to embrace community – a gathering where freedom in movement meets moments of rest, creativity and meaningful connection.

What to Expect

Throughout the day you will experience:
• Guided Synergy-based movement practices to energise and revitalise the body
• Mindful stillness and integration time
• Nourishing food and communal connection
• Conscious dance with live DJ music
• Creativity, collaboration and shared expression
• Evening kirtan and gathering around the fire

The day gently builds from grounding and intention-setting into joyful celebration, allowing you to leave feeling refreshed, connected and inspired.

Outline of the Day

9:00am – Opening Circle & Cacao
We begin by gathering in an opening circle, sharing ceremonial cacao and setting intentions for the day in a warm, welcoming space.

10am – Morning Movement Practice
A guided session incorporating joint synergy, 5D flow, spinal movements and elements inspired by Yoga Synergy’s Air Sequence – fluid, accessible movement designed to awaken and energise the body.

12:00pm — Nourishing Brunch
A wholesome shared lunch followed by time to rest, digest and enjoy spaciousness.

13.30 Afternoon Integration & Optional Workshop
An opportunity to deepen your practice through workshopping, exploration and shared learning in a supportive environment for those who wish to participate.

17:00 Evening Session — Live DJ & Conscious Dance
We reconvene for an uplifting evening of intuitive movement and conscious dance, inviting expression, release and celebration through music and movement.

19:00 Communal Dinner & Fire Kirtan
We close the day with a shared pot-luck dinner, followed by gathering around the fire for kirtan – mantras, connection and shared harmony as we welcome the energy of spring together.

Who This Day Is For

This retreat is open to everyone. No previous experience with yoga, dance, or movement practices is required.

What to Bring
• Comfortable clothing suitable for movement and relaxation
• A yoga or movement mat
• A blanket or warm layer for rest and evening gathering
• Water bottle
• A dish to share for the communal evening meal (pot-luck style)
• A musical instrument (optional)
• Warm outdoor clothing for time spent around the fire

You may also wish to bring a journal or anything that helps you feel comfortable and grounded.
