Meet your host & teacher

YogaStef taught Synergy since 2018. Following a spinal injury which demanded daily practice for pain relief in 2010 he qualified in 2014, trained in Hatha, Ashtanga & mindfulness and began practicing in 2007.

He is a passionate healer and unstoppable believer in discovering the simple joy of moving through life greatly enhanced by our ability to prosper and overcome obstacles, physically, situationally, physically, emotionally and beyond the mind.

He is devoted to his teacher Simon Borg-Olivier (pictured at the top)

Synergy makes the energetic possibilities of yoga available to anyone

Reset with mind synergy facial movements to enter the meditative state quickly. Then joint practices to sooth inflammation and increase circulation.
You can practice any part of the sequence.
Flowing standing movements which further enhance the vitality of the body especially when practices moving the lower spine (core) slowly first. 5D Synergy flow and Neigong practices

“I had the best sleep in a long time!”

Based on simple movements we can energise whilst we exercise, without over stressing the nervous system. Meaning we benefit from the calming effects, and build and repair muscles better than if we did intense exercise.

All exercises are given with the simplest option as the basis.

This is a perfect style for beginners for a few key reasons…

…Firstly because without a preconception of postures and skill, we have the advantage of less hard postural habits formed. Life gives us enough habits of tension often the approach to yoga in the modern sense actually adds unnecessary tension that can be equally hard to unlearn.

Synergy approaches something of an unlearning of remembered techniques and feelings, instead deepening awareness between the Manas (sense/thought mind) & the Buddhi (intellect).

The second point that benefits beginners are that the principles and techniques are dedicated to simplicity and lightly delivered so that the exercises are pleasurable, fun and engaging from the first session, even without experience or conditioning. For Stef, the practice is mental and doesn’t depend on your physical conditioning.

That said, it’s therapeutically intended first and the yogic meditative awareness can be experienced through that methodology as well as for a healthy bodied person. With dedicated practice, therapeutic issues will likely resolve and dissolve.

A whole week of this kind of movement offers lasting and profound shifts in well-being and self knowledge.
